The wines produced at Domeniile Săhăteni in the Dealu Mare region have revived after the arrival of the enologist Aurelia Vișinescu - known as Mrs. Fetească Neagră. Fetească Neagră is probably the best known grape outside Romania and this is the 5th edition of the wines blend from different years. Now, the wines used, range from the years 2013 (20%), 2014 (41%) and 2015 (39%). Hence the name 3 Black Girls – 3 Fete Negre.

The wine has a dark ruby color with, and the olfactory sense is discretly vanilated black cherries (this is a sign that oak barrels with a lower degree of burning were used during its production). With the taste, however, comes the revelation: juicy, spicy, with a slight vegetal tint, along with the expected unsmoked plum, which defines at its best the tipicality of this variety. The medium acidity, the good structure, the serious alcohol containt perfectly integrated, the smooth tanins and the long aftertaste make this wine highly enjoyable now, but clearly in several years it will be even more shiny.
