Surely we all must have wondered how wisdom gets into the wine bottle; now the label tells us the story.
In a prodigious soil passion and tradition they forge their strongest ties with nature. A perfect union between man's wisdom and goodness of the earth to the eternal essence of a great wine.
Someone sing to their flowers which, in return, bloom in response to care and make life colourful. The same applies to grapes, as well and I am convinced that a really good wine needs attention, care, respect and love of the soil, the wind, the sun and the profession we must humbly respect. Winemakers do their best to tend the vines and make wine; the product is the source of wisdom used for the next vintage.
Wine, together with all its aromas, flavour, lightness, body is essentially similar to a human being; that is why it is so noble. You cannot get to know it just by looking at its appearance, but you have to go deeper and taste it. You can only learn what it is like if you keep it close, look at its changes, because sudden changes may lead to disappointment that you would rather leave in the bottle. That is why you have to wait for the right time, which is not easy but you must feel when it has arrived, and when you must be strong and break the ties with the past. If this is not successful, then it must be abandoned, just like people. Look at it closely just as when we say goodbye to an old friend, then bid farewell happily.
The simplicity of the label includes this circle: respect, care and love. A good book and good wine: what else do you need?
