Sauvignon Blanc 2017 (tank sample, yeast strain from the Loire) I 89 points
Restrained nose with orange zest bitterness and ripe pear. Firm acidity, medium body, very fruity, profound and elegant.
Sauvignon Blanc 2017 (tank sample, Alto Adige yeast) I 86 points
Gooseberry, a hint of mint and white flowers. Light, good acidity with a touch of spritz, apple, pear and lemon zest.
Cabernet Franc 2015 (barrel sample) I 85 points
Cedar, blackberry, blueberry and violet on the nose. Full-bodied with medium acidity, black berry fruit, chocolate and pepper on the palate. A little flabby.
Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) + Cabernet Franc (50%) 2015 (barrel sample) I 88 points
Complex nose of black berry fruit, graphite with some mineral notes. Full bodied with firm tannins, bright acidity and blackberry dominating on the finish. Long wine with great depth.
Chardonnay 2015 I 88 points
A touch sweet with great depth and ripe fruitiness. Plasticine, a touch of butter, apple, pear and vanilla on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate with a creamy structure, soft acidity and buttery pear flavours. Mouth-filling and complex.
Agyaglik Olaszrizling 2015 I 87 points
Jonathan apple, mandarin, flowers and propolis on the nose. Full body, slightly flabby acidity and a creamy texture. Ripe fruit, apple, pear and peach on the palate.
