In February 2016 Furmints are about to conquer the wine friends already the seventh time in a row. In February even more restaurants and wine merchants are concentrating on Furmint over the country and even beyond our borders. The series of events in February is culminating in the Grand Furmint February Wine Tasting event, which represents this year nearly a hundred and fifty premium Furmints of nearly 80 wineries.
The philosophy of Furmint February
More and more people say more often and more loudly that Furmint is a unique type of grape. The fact that it is almost exclusively ours is an additional reason to be proud of it. We believe that it is worth to let as many people as possible hear about this message, and the best way we can reach this goal is to get together, work together and drink Furmint during February together.
