Wines from the Brkić winery in Bosnia and Herzegovina will soon be representing the country at the Cité des Civilisation du Vin, opening shortly in Bordeaux. The winery produces wines from the local grapes of Zilavka (white) and Blatina (black). Josif Brkić, who took over from his father in the 1970s, farms biodynamically, does everything by hand and has worked hard to make his wines known outside the country.
