Ingredients
120g butter
100g flour
100g granulated sugar
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
120g plain chocolate
Method
Whisk the eggs, the egg yolks and the sugar until thick and foamy. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie and mix well. Carefully fold the flour into the egg mixture and then add the melted chocolate. Butter and flour the soufflé dishes, and fill them ¾ full with the mixture, then bake for 12 minutes at 190°C
