600g cod
300g cocktail tomatoes
300g small new potatoes
50g butter

Method
Braise the potatoes until soft in half the butter, a little water and salt. Then add the cocktail tomatoes and sauté together for another 3-4 minutes. Salt the cod, fry skin-side down and then bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes.
