Ingredients
1 pack round spring roll wrappers (rice paper)
1 avocado
1 large carrot
5-6 sticks of celery
reduced-salt soy sauce (for dipping)
Method
Julienne the carrot and celery. Clean and de-stone the avocado, and then slice thinly. Soak the rice paper in cold water and then drain. Divide up the vegetables over the rice paper sheets. Fold in each end and roll up tightly.
