Ingredients
200g sheep’s curd cheese
100g cow’s curd cheese
300ml sour cream
half a bunch of dill
For the pancakes:
300g flour
2 eggs
100ml milk
2-300ml soda water
pinch of salt
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Whisk together the pancake ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Now make your pancakes, frying them in a little oil. Mix the curd cheese, the sheep’s curd cheese and 100ml sour cream together and use this to fill the pancakes. Mix the remaining sour cream with the finely chopped dill and pour over the pancakes.
