Ingredients
600g cubed chicken breast
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp madras curry powder
salt
2 tbsp oil
200ml thick Greek yoghurt
juice of 1 lemon
Method
Mix the spices together with the salt and oil. Turn the chicken in the mixture and leave for at least half an hour to marinate. Thread the meat onto bamboo skewers and grill over hot coals. Season the yoghurt to taste with salt and lemon juice. Serve the kebabs drizzled with the lemony yoghurt.
