Ingredients
4 bream (approx 250g each)
200g flour
1 tbs paprika
salt
200ml oil for frying
Method
Clean the bream, trim and salt both inside and out. Mix the paprika and flour together. Turn the bream in the flour mixture and then fry in hot oil on both sides until crisp. Serve with leavened gherkins and fresh bread.
