Ingredients
600g gnocchi,
150g wild mushrooms
100g butter
500ml single cream
50g pecorino
salt, pepper
1 cloves of garlic
100g sugar pea peas
600g rabbit filet
Method
Salt the rabbit filet, then cut it into slices and fry in a little oil. Fry the gnocchi in butter and a little oil. Add the mushrooms, sugar snap peas, and a little salt and pepper. Pour over 100ml water and bring to the boil. Then add 500ml cream, grate in the pecorino and bring back to the boil.
