Ingredients
200g Gorgonzola Dolce
100 icing sugar
200ml sour cream
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
200g fresh blueberries
Method
Place the ingredients in a metal bowl and mix together with a hand blender. Put into the freezer, but remove and break up with the hand blender every quarter of an hour until completely frozen. Decorate the finished ice cream with blueberries.
