Ingredients
800g pork chops
salt
vegetable oil
For the chutney:
150g dried apricots (diced)
100g shallots
1 tsp ground coriander
50g brown sugar
2 tbs grape seed oil
100ml Vinidi Tramín Cerveny 2012
50ml white wine vinegar
Method
Slice the shallots and sauté in the grape seed oil. Then add the diced apricots, sugar and coriander. Pour over the white wine, vinegar and 100ml water. Cover and simmer for half an hour. Meanwhile, grill or fry the pork chops.
