Ingredients
600g leg of lamb, cubed
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp rosemary
salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 red onions
4 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
½ cucumber
100g sheep‘s cheese
100g olives
50ml olive oil
Method
Mix the spices with the yoghurt, salt and oil. Turn the lamb in the mixture and leave for at least half an hour to marinate. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers and grill over hot coals.
Dice the salad ingredients and mix with the oil.
