Grate the lemon zest and then squeeze the lemons. Mix together with salt and olive oil. Add the drumsticks and marinate for half an hour. Drain, place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and roast for 40 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 200 degrees Celsius.
