4 Camembert
4 pickled hot peppers
200ml vegetable oil
Method
Make a cut in the cheeses 1cm from the edge. Place into a jar with the peppers and pour in enough oil to cover. Leave to mature for at least 48 hours. Serve with fresh baguette, lettuce and the peppers.
