450g minced veal
450g minced pork
100g minced lamb
2 red bell peppers
150g sheep’s curd cheese
4 large baked potatoes in their skins
olive oil
salt
pepper
nutmeg
2 cloves of garlic
Method
Season the minced meat with salt, nutmeg and crushed garlic, and then knead together well. Oil your hands and shape the meat into small sausages. Halve the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Halve the peppers and stuff with the curd cheese. Cook the peppers, the meat and the potatoes on a hot grill pan.
