12 sage leaves
250g blue cheese
12 large flat mushrooms
olive oil
Method
Place a sage leave inside each mushroom and then stuff with blue cheese. Arrange on a lined baking tray. Drizzle over some olive oil and bake in a very hot oven (230-240 degrees Celsius) for 10-12 minutes. You could also wrap them in foil and cook on a barbecue. Serve with a green salad and finely chopped red bell pepper.
