Ingredients
1 melon, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 medium-sized onions
30ml cream
plenty of black pepper
salt
olive oil
1 packet of spaghetti
Method
Sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent and then add the tomato purée. Fry over low heat, stirring continuously, and then add the cream. Season generously with salt and pepper, and bring to the boil. Add the cubed melon and cook for three minutes before adding the cooked spaghetti. Mix well before serving.
