Ingredients
1kg Angus black steak
For the sautéed vegetables:
4 kapia peppers
1 courgette
1 leek
2 carrots
1 aubergine
150g mushrooms
Method
Sear the meat on both sides. Then roast for a further five minutes at 180°C (for medium). Dice the vegetables and fry them in a little oil, then season with salt and pepper. Serve the meat sprinkled with a little Himalayan salt.
