Ingredients
4 onions
400g chicken livers
100ml double cream
250g butter
Salt and black pepper
Method
Dice the onions and fry them together with the chicken liver. When cooked through, leave to cool, then mince, add the butter and cream and mix well together. Season to taste. Pour the mixture into a mold and leave to set in the fridge, at least overnight.
