“Youthful in colour and aromas, a slightly closed wine. The nose opens beautifully with a little air and gingerbread spices, salty-mineral notes and quince appear with time. Some sweetness perceptible in the sip but by no means does this give it a light character. Defined acid backbone, great barrel use, subtly silky texture.
